An evening of connection, presence and inner alignment
Join us for a special Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony at the beautiful setting of The College Hotel in Amsterdam.
During this intimate evening we will gather in a calm and supportive space where ceremonial cacao, breathwork and gentle Kundalini yoga practices guide us back into the heart.
Ceremonial cacao has been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures of Central and South America as a sacred plant medicine. Unlike regular chocolate, ceremonial cacao is minimally processed and made from the pure cacao bean, allowing it to retain its natural nutrients and energetic qualities.
Often referred to as a “heart-opening plant,” cacao gently supports the body by increasing blood flow, enhancing mood and helping the nervous system relax. Many people experience a sense of warmth, clarity and emotional openness that allows for deeper connection with themselves and others.
During this gathering we will take time to slow down, set intentions and create a moment of presence together.
• A guided ceremonial cacao ritual
• Gentle breathwork to calm and open the body
• Kundalini yoga practices to activate energy and awareness
• Guided meditation for inner connection
• A warm and intimate community experience
This ceremony is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and open the heart in a natural and gentle way.
📍 Location: The College Hotel – Amsterdam
📅 Date: March 31
🕖 Time: 19:00 – 21:00
Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.
This evening is open to anyone who feels curious about cacao, mindfulness practices or simply wishes to spend a meaningful evening reconnecting with themselves and others.
No previous experience with meditation, yoga or cacao ceremonies is required.
