Ritual
A cacao ceremony is a heart-opening, grounding experience rooted in ancient Mesoamerican traditions, where ceremonial-grade cacao is used as a sacred plant medicine to support emotional connection, clarity, and inner awareness.
During the ceremony, we drink pure ceremonial cacao together in a safe and intentional space. Cacao gently opens the heart, helping you slow down, turn inward, and connect more deeply with yourself. Unlike stimulants, cacao works subtly and lovingly, creating a sense of warmth, presence, and emotional openness without overwhelming the nervous system.
Each ceremony is guided and includes intention setting, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, music, and moments of reflection. The experience can feel different for everyone — some feel deep calm, others emotional release, clarity, or inspiration. There is no right or wrong way to experience it.
Cacao ceremonies are not about “doing” or fixing yourself. They are about remembering, feeling, and allowing whatever is present to be met with awareness and compassion. People often leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, lighter, and more connected to themselves and others.

Tara Flow is a unique intuitive movement and reflection practice that combines elements of yoga, meditation, and tarot symbolism. It is not about predicting the future — it is about understanding yourself more deeply in the present moment.
Each Tarot Flow class is inspired by a specific tarot archetype (such as The Empress, The Hermit, or The Lovers). These archetypes represent universal life themes we all move through, like self-worth, boundaries, intuition, creativity, and connection.
During the class, we explore the energy of the card through:
Intentional movement
Breath awareness
Guided reflection
Embodied inquiry
Rather than reading tarot intellectually, Tarot Flow invites you to feel the meaning of the archetype in your body. This allows insights to arise naturally, without analysis or pressure.
